Drake won over $100k to Gucci Mane in betting on Eastern Conference Finals
We all remember last season’s Eastern Conference Finals between Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks where Kawhi’s Raptors defeated Giannis and the Bucks 4-2 in the series.
As it turned out, Drake and Gucci Mane had a bet over $100k. No wonder, Drake’s money was on the Raptors, while Mane wanted the Bucks to win the ECF.
It’s clear, Gucci Mane lost these bets, but we don’t know how much exactly it was that he had to give to Drake. Mane said, the amount was over $100,000. He didn’t only lose a lot of money, but also his Giannis jersey.
Gucci Mane: “Yeah, I lost a bunch of money. I lost over six figures – and I lost my damn shirt, because we bet the jersey too…I literally lost my shirt.”
Jalen Rose: “Now you guys are getting real, real money. So, when you say six figures, I take that as a lot higher than just $100,000… $500,000?”
Gucci Mane: “Hey listen, it was over six figures. And I didn’t win, unfortunately. We’ll get him back this season.”
